An independent center of excellence for analytical chemistry and testing, the Mark Hughes Lab’s mission is to advance nutritional science to new levels of understanding, using the most progressive technologies available. This includes the use of state-of-the-art “chemical profiling” methods to identify the complex families of active compounds in herbs and to study their actions on living cells.
